Cancellation , Return and Refund Policy


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows :

Cancellation Policy

  • For Cancellation of a product please go to My Orders > View Order detail > Cancel Order , Type a valid reason for cancellation and your order will be cancelled. If the order was prepaid the paid amount will be refunded back to you. Cancellation is only possible before the delivery of the order.

    • Return/Exchange Policy

  • The Return/Exchange of a product is only possible after the product is delivered to you and the return window will get closed after 3 days of delivery
  • Return/Exchange may not be applicable on selected products depending on their category.
  • The seller will firstly approve your return/exchange request (depending on the reason provided by you) and only after that your return/exchange will be executed.
  • For return/exchange of a product please go to My Orders > View Order detail > Return/Exchange , Type a valid reason, then click on Exchange or Return button and then your request will be submitted to seller for approval.
  • The amount paid for the returned product will be paid shortly after the seller received the product.
  • and the exchanged product will be delivered to your shortly.

    • Refund Policy

  • We will try our best to create the suitable customer experience for our customer.
  • In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products or the product is damaged or not working, we can provide a refund and will take back the purchased item.
  • If paid by Pay on delivery, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank transfer and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.
